The space The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large wardrobe and ample space. The secondary bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. A floor mattress or a folding single bed with mattress and bedding is available on request; as well as a baby crib and highchair, The bathroom has a double basin, toilet and an extra large shower. The open plan living room and kitchen has all the usual amenities expected. This includes a large corner sofa, TV, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a dining table. In the hallway/lobby, you'll find an iron, ironing board and vacuum. The apartment has excellent electric heaters in your control, to keep everyone warm and comfortable. There is also a covered outdoor patio area with lighting, seating and a table. Free parking is available on the street directly outside of the apartment (Central Drive). Should you wish to park on the adjoining properties' private driveway, then please request in advance (dependent on availability). Our apartment was last renovated 10 years ago and, the paint on the walls, the carpet on the floor has age related marks and the usual wear and tear (as seen on our listing pictures). Also to note, each room has an electric heater. Each electric heater has a main switch and a switch on the heater itself and both need to be turned on. With all the electric heaters on, it takes only 5 minutes the apartment to fully heat up. The bathroom towel heaters mains switch is outside the bathroom. Guest access The private entrance to the apartment is located off to the side of the main corner property (so it is the brown door on Central Drive).
