Welcome to our renovated 140m2 barn, fully air-conditioned, located in Mercury, in the heart of Savoy. This home offers a sweet mix of rustic charm and modern comforts. A comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large TV, board games. Dining room side: A large table for shared convivial moments. Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with quality appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals. American fridge with ice maker, double oven, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue machine, Nespresso coffee machine + pods, kettle, tea and sugar available. A master suite: with TV, a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large double shower + sink and large dressing room. A toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer upstairs: Bathroom: A nice contemporary bathroom with a large bathtub to relax, surrounded by old-fashioned charm with these beautiful exposed beams - toiletries are included (toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel, hair dryer, towels and washcloths...). 2 bedrooms: also embellished by these exposed sandblasted beams, you will find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and the other with a double bed 140 x 200 cm + 1 mezzanine with a mattress 140 x 190 cm floor Bis: A small ladder will take you to a mezzanine; play and reading area. An electric pump inflatable mattress can be added for additional guests. (Children under 6 years old will not be allowed on this mezzanine). Outdoor Area: A balcony runs along the bay windows of the house and at the bottom of the house, you can enjoy a nice cozy terrace, quiet, next to the small stream, composed of a large table and a barbecue to enjoy sunny days and starry evenings. Very comfortable, well-equipped and easy to drive. Equipped with snow tires in winter. We can deliver it to you at the station.
