Our bungalow house is in the heart of the forest, at the point where the residential area, which is 5 km from the center of Ağva, meets the forest. The property is easy to access. It offers you a comfortable accommodation in nature with the breeze of oak, chestnut and linden trees, the smell of the forest, the sounds of birds and a unique view. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile, where you can escape from the busy life of the city and reach a unique and relaxing environment. The space In our very spacious house, there is a large bed for 2 people on the upper floor and a sitting area where you can sit and watch the unique view, a room with a single bed on the lower floor and a loft living room with a kitchen, dining area, sofa and armchairs that can be a bed when opened, fireplace, jacuzzi and TV. There is also a balcony with a view of the living room and a veranda where you can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones. Our house is at the top of the village, where the settlements end. For this reason, it is both easily accessible and quite safe, and independent of the village. Guest access You can use the entire property and parking lot during your stay. Other things to note After parking your vehicle, access to the venue is provided by stairs (35 steps) and there is no disabled access. I would like to share some details that our guests should be aware of while living in this natural environment. Those who are allergic to some flies and insects in the forest, oak dust, linden blossom, chestnut blossom (seasonal), or any natural thing All kinds of spraying and precautions have been taken in and around the place, and all windows and doors have screens. When the doors or windows are open, flies and insects may enter, I recommend our guests to be careful about this. There is a barbecue on the patio, but since the place is located at the beginning of the dense forest area and the house is completely wooden, it is useful to be very careful when lighting a fire. Also, some of the mushrooms that can be found in abundance in the forest may be poisonous. Please do not eat mushrooms that even the locals have difficulty distinguishing. Registration Details 12-5134
