Our apartment, which was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023, is located on the outskirts of town, but you can still walk to the town center in a few minutes and thus be close to the restaurants and shopping. In addition to two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a large spacious living room that invites you to relax with the fireplace, smart TV and relaxation lounger. The space You can park your car either directly in the parking space in front of the house or in your own underground parking space. When you enter the apartment, you are in the entrance area, which is lovingly clad with real wood and opens to the large living and kitchen area. From there, you can also reach the bathroom and the first bedroom. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. Towels are provided, as is bedding. In the lower of the two bedrooms you will find a chest of drawers, an open wardrobe, two nightstands, lights with USB ports to charge your cell phones and a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed. If you have to work while on vacation, this can be done easily at the electrically height-adjustable desk. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a fridge, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, it also offers an induction cooktop with integrated hood. You are also welcome to sit at the large kitchen island. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable in the living area and enjoy the fireplace (electric) or watch a movie. On the relaxation lounger, you can relax and read a book while being massaged. From the living area, you can reach the second sleeping area via the stairs to the gallery. Here, too, you will find an open cupboard that offers plenty of storage space, as well as a desk. The large box spring bed stands in front of a real wood wall, which conjures up a romantic atmosphere with indirect lighting. New heaters and new skylights have also been installed throughout the apartment, so that it stays nice and warm even in winter. Linens, towels, coffee capsules and other basics for the bathroom and kitchen are also available free of charge in the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests without restriction
