Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Fish right off your own dock, or just make it 5 o’clock somewhere! The lounge and dining both have panoramic views of the water. Wave to the Manatees as they pass by. There are two kayaks ready to go and there’s a gas grill free to use. What you see in the pictures is yours to enjoy. There is approximately 100 feet of waterfront . There are no bridges between us and the Gulf so we can take any height of boat and we are on a deep water kanal The space The cottage has a king, queen and a queen pull out couch, two bathrooms, a cosy lounge with panoramic views of the water, a dining room again overlooking the water and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a fenced in yard, outdoor furniture and a gas grill ready to go. Two space Carport . Room for two boats to tie up along the seawall. We are on a deep water canal and no bridges for full gulf access. Guest access The house is slightly elevated and there are three steps from the ground level. Self check in with lockbox
