There are no bridges between us and the Gulf so we can take any height of boat and we are on a deep water kanal The space The cottage has a king, queen and a queen pull out couch, two bathrooms, a cosy lounge with panoramic views of the water, a dining room again overlooking the water and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a fenced in yard, outdoor furniture and a gas grill ready to go. Two space Carport . Room for two boats to tie up along the seawall.
