The bright and inviting living room opens directly onto the front garden, offering the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy time with family or friends. The dining area provides a cosy and functional space for shared meals. The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms: the master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the pool. The other two bedrooms have single beds that can be prepared as doubles, allowing flexibility for different groups. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost) is surrounded by a spacious and well-kept garden, creating the perfect setting to relax under the Algarve sun. A barbecue and a covered dining area under a shaded porch complete the outdoor space, making it ideal for enjoying meals and quality time in a calm, inviting atmosphere. Villa Côte d'Azur is located in Boliqueime, close to Vilamoura, beaches, and a variety of local amenities. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
