This stylish homestay is perfect for business trips or short visits Large queen bedroom complete with modern amenities *5-10min to GV Hospital, Sports City, Town Centre, UniMelb, Victoria Lake Park, train station, shops and restaurants. *As this is a share house, guests are requested to provide identification (passport &/or driver license) so you can put your mind at ease. The space Spacious guest room and ensuite in a 5 bedroom homestay, shared with 2 or 3 housemates, all working professionals. We stay in the house only 3-4days a week as we are also working in Melbourne. The room is fully carpetted with curtains, walk in robe, work space, bedside shelves, tall boy, desk and chair, mini fridge, walk-in robe and large ensuite. You will have access to wifi and shared amenities, 2 lounges, 2 alfrescos, modern dining and kitchen, powder room, laundry, gardens and park views. We provide towels and beddings and some tolietries.
