The space As shown in the photographs, Kool Breeze is very spacious and has a private kitchen, bathroom, laundry area , two bedrooms , t/v area, work table, a breakfast nook and lots of space to move around and get creative. Lots of spots outside to explore and relax with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Should you decide to go for a walk, you will find many different breathtaking views. If you are lucky enough to be here on a Wednesday evening, the world famous Devon House Ice-cream mobile unit passes right at the gate . Your main entrance leads directly into 1 of the 2 bedrooms. Upon entry, the bedroom leads into an open seating/entertainment /dining area. From there you will be able to enter the kitchen, bathroom and wash area with sink and washer. Beyond this, you will find bedroom #2. This apartment is on the ground floor of a 3 story building. (you will need to be able to ascend/descend stairs to access) If there are any additional items needed to make your stay better please feel free to ask. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property which wraps around the house. Guests are also free to roam the quiet and safe neighbourhood . There are over 7 seating areas and 3 charcoal grills. Guests have permission to pick fruit from any tree on property including cherry, ackee, breadfruit, banana, pomegranate, coconut and more. Kindly see photos and space description above. Other things to note *Absolutely no additional guests allowed. (Unless notice was given and approved by host/ co-host) *Doorways are shorter than standard height. *You will be required to ascend/descend stairs on the outside to access your entrance. All windows have mesh so you can truly enjoy the Kool Breeze minus any mosquitoes .
