Vacation home in Silverdalen

Our cottage is located on a quiet side street at the end of Silverdalen. It is located in the middle of Astrid Lindgrens värld, adjacent to Lönneberga. 10km distance to Hultsfred and 20km to Vimmerby. Direct forest access opposite the property. Bathing and fishing lake about 2 km away with large lawn, seating, changing rooms, toilets. More swimming and fishing lakes in the immediate vicinity. The space At the moment we can provide the lower floor of our house. This is spacious with about 80m2. There are 2 bedrooms sleeping 4. It is possible to separate a double bed from it in 2 separate beds. In addition, there is a children/cot available, which can be delivered in a bedroom. Additional small TV available. Living rooms Large dining table with bench and chairs. Smart TV for streaming and German program with mobile WiFi. Bookshelf for reading and browsing. Game collection, card games, DVD player and movies also for children. Bath Hand soap and towel for hands available. Outdoor area Large garden with terrace and barbecue area on the south side for making a campfire and barbecuing. Guest access The house has no additional residents. We have a key safe on site. It is also possible that we will be on site in person. Other things to note We heat with air-air WP and boiler for hot water treatment. Water consumption up to 2 m3 per stay and Electricity costs up to 10kwh per day are included; in addition, 2.5 SEK per kwh will be charged and 35 SEK per m3 started. As a rule, additional costs for electricity only arise when the electric radiators and the heat pump are switched on. It is expressly forbidden to charge electric cars or other electric vehicles! We only have 16 amps Backup. In the months of September and October, May and June, heavily discounted prices apply. No basic equipment (towels + bed linen + sheets) will be provided during this period In the remaining time, the basic equipment can be requested and booked for 100 kr per person per stay. More electricity costs may be incurred in autumn and spring, as heating may already be required. From more than one week stay, we provide a washing machine for use. (Mid-June to mid-September) approx. We provide a coffee jug with filter for infusion to make coffee. No pets allowed, including service animals. There is a plan for sorting waste. In case of uncertainty, please only collect the packaging waste in the containers in the house (in the room at the rear exit) to avoid costs for incorrect sorting.
