Close to Durango, Pagosa Springs and 4 Corners activities. 2 dogs maximum-pet fee. *1 Bedroom Apartment and/or Studio Apartment also available on AIRBNB to have entire house for a total of 14 guests. Contact host/book on site. 65 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area, 47 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort. The space Main First Floor portion of 2 story home, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, large kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, whirlpool tub, dedicated workspace. Upstairs studio and/or 1 bedroom apartments are available as a separate rental with separate exterior entry. Guest access Guest access through the front entrance, keypad lock. Access to grounds, parking area in front, deck area. There may be guests in the upstairs apartments that have their own entry from the driveway. These can be booked on Airbnb for additional space or contact host after booking the main house to determine availability, otherwise no access to the upper floor. No access to garage. Other things to note Snow shovels and pet-friendly snow melt provided for guests. Main road plowed by host. Hosts and cleaning crews may be in and out of the garage and vacated dwellings. This will be communicated via the Airbnb App.
