A 55 sq. meter apartment with one (1) bedroom, fully furnished with one (01) Queen Size Bed for two people, one (01) Sofa bed for one person, one (01) bathroom integrated into the room, with excellent amenities. Guest access Before booking, please contact the host via the app's chat to clear up any questions. You can make use of the entire apartment, furniture, utensils, linen, assigned parking, and common areas of the residence, including the swimming pools, gym, and walkways on the top floor of the residence, strictly following the building's rules. It is necessary to point out that we have a double security and 24-hour surveillance system in the entire development and in the building in particular, reinforced with surveillance cameras and an alarm system in case of emergencies. (There are no security cameras installed inside the accommodation). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, gatherings and parties in the complex or in the property are regulated. For security reasons and for issues related to the costs of your reservation, it is recommended that you report additional visitors during your stay to the property manager or host. The building's security personnel must be duly notified of such visits. Security is an issue that is taken very seriously. SURVEILLANCE STAFF HAVE DIRECT AND STRICT ORDERS FROM THE CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT NOT TO ALLOW STRANGE OR UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS TO ENTER, THEREFORE ACCESS MUST BE AUTHORIZED AND NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE. Other things to note Here are some key points to consider for your stay with us. 1.-) This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen. Your stay includes towels, clean, sanitized sheets, as well as basic hygiene and personal care products, coffee powder, chocolates, snacks, as a Welcome Pack detail on our part. 2.-) All areas of the apartment are covered by a 24,000 btu air conditioner, with enough power to air-condition the entire accommodation. 3.-) Check-in is scheduled to take place after 3:00 PM; Check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you need any special requirements outside these hours, you can arrange them with the host or manager. Please note that an additional cost may be charged if the request includes additional transportation costs or other expenses, which will be added to your invoice, previously approved by you. 4.-) Our WiFi network works correctly, with one (1) main connection and two (2) backup connections for contingencies. 5.-) There is no scheduled power rationing for the area. 6.-) The area you will access has constant water rationing. Therefore, the accommodation has a water storage system by means of a tank with a high-performance submersible hydropneumatic pump and control of annoying noises, which works under a semi-automatic filling process that is easy to use, which is explained in detail in the Home Manual and with printed instruction signs located in the bathroom of the accommodation once the reservation is made. Water rationing schedules are as follows: THURSDAY AND FRIDAY: 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM We generally have a running water supply from Monday to Thursday, so it will not be necessary to use the tank. The storage system should only be used when the water supply is removed from the street. The tank system has an approximate complete filling time of approximately 15 minutes when it is empty. 7.-) You can enjoy Inter cable TV, with more than 100 national and international channels, Netflix service, Roku, access to HBO Max totally free. 8.-) Newly remodeled and painted apartment.
