This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for their stay. The only exception would be an owner has a locked closet or space for their personal items. Other things to note ✹ PARKING - Our driveway accommodates 6 cars comfortably. It is regularly plowed, sanded/salted and shoveled during winter; however, ice and snow cannot be avoided during Maine winters. Walk carefully! ✹ ROAD CONDITIONS - Like most parts of rural Maine, driving can be treacherous in winter conditions. Drive slowly and be careful! ✹ TRAVEL INSURANCE - Unexpected circumstances happen, so we highly recommend purchasing travelers’ insurance. We cannot be held accountable for events out of our control. ✹ VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - There is 1 exterior camera (flood light camera at the front side of the house) monitoring and recording the driveway and side of the house for security. They are on 24/7, but only record video and audio when there are movements (motion-activated). Videos may be stored for 1-365 days for security or house rules breach review. There is no surveillance inside of the home where guests will stay.
