Salty Breeze Beach House is centrally located in the heart of Orewa on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast. Located one block from the beach, you will find all your creature comforts that make this your perfect Home-Away-From-Home, with the added bonus of being a stone’s throw away from the beach, playgrounds and restaurants. We have carefully created a space where we love to relax and escape the daily routines of being 'at home'; whilst having the ability to work and play freely. The space Salty Breeze Beach House is our holiday home which we have crafted to be a relaxing haven where we can fully work-from-home, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Hibiscus Coast. Being in the heart of Orewa, Salty Breeze offers you easy access to all the amenities the area has to show off. Best part: it’s on the flat. ~ 1-minute walk to playgrounds ~ 1-minute walk to the closest COFFEE ~ 1.5-minute walk to the famous Orewa Surf Life Saving Club ~ 2-minute walk to the beach ~ 4-minute walk to Orewa Beach Holiday Park ~ 5-minute walk to the estuary and walkways ~ 7-minute walk to vibrant restaurants and cafes The home has been beautifully styled with a beach theme and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double internal-access garage. Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with king size bed, double built-in wardrobes and en-suite. En-suite includes a shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rails. A heat-pump/air conditioner is available in the primary for added comfort. There is plenty space in the primary bedroom for a portable camp cot if bubs needs a wee spot. (Camp cot available on request) Bedroom 2: Queen bed with built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: King single trundler bed which sleeps 2 kids or small adults. (Trundler bed pulls out from underneath). Open plan living, dining and kitchen provides a beautiful flow for those who like to be in the heart of all the action. Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you would need to start your day off right. ~ Nespresso coffee machine (small coffee pods). A starter kit will be made available for you. ~ Double wall oven ~ Induction hob & extractor fan ~ Microwave ~ Fridge ~ Dishwasher & waste disposal ~ Kettle/toaster/air-fryer/wok ~ Pantry with a few staples to get you started ~ Breakfast bar The beautiful and airy dining room seats 6 comfortably. The large dining room table has often doubled as our workspace when we need to work from home. The livingroom is spacious with cloud-comfy couches to lounge on. The 65-inch SMART TV is ready for you to log into your favourite streaming apps, so you don't miss out on your favourite shows. Unlimited free wi-fi allows for fast streaming. There is a heat-pump/air conditioner located on the living room wall for your comfort when needed. The main bathroom has recently been renovated and modernised from the ground up. It boasts a large rain shower head and hand-held shower head, single vanity, bath, heated towel rails and LED mirror. The toilet is conveniently separate to the main bathroom. Internal-access garage with space for 2 cars awaits you. There is also space for a trailer or jet-ski outside the garage. Full laundry (washer and dryer) is available for your use and is located in the garage. Just behind the garage, is a small, covered patio area with a heat-pump for those colder nights. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ is available for those all important "braai nights". A washing line is located in the covered patio, allowing you to dry your washing on those wet days. The property is fully fenced, so you can rest easy with any little ones playing outside. Guest access The entire house is available for your use. The front door is equipped with a Smart lock for self-check-in. Shortly before your arrival, you will be provided with a personal code to access the front door. Leading to the front door entry are 2 steps. Anyone with limited mobility may wish to enter through the garage (1 small step into the house).
