Historic Cauthen Guest House

Stay at the centrally-located guest house of the historic Cauthen House completed in 1917. The separate guest house was constructed in the mid-eighties but was completely renovated in 2023. It is a two bedroom apartment located on the SECOND FLOOR. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living room has a queen size fold out couch. Full kitchen for your own homemade meals or If you prefer a dinner out, we are blocks away from many restaurants and a block away from Starbucks. The space Parking is for 1 space next to the unit stairs, accessible through the alleyway. A Ford F250 4x4 extended cab can back into the space. If you have more than 1 car, please park in the street, near our mailbox. Please don’t block the mailbox. Please don’t park on the empty lot next door, it is not part of our property and the owner is not very friendly.
