A 19th-century cottage built from the same Caerfai sandstone as the magnificent St Davids Cathedral that stands nearby, Park House is the perfect blend of original features and modern comforts. Comfortably accommodating 6 people, it has a spacious feel, with areas for entertaining, watching TV, or snuggling up with a book. The open plan kitchen/dining area provides a sociable space to gather and swap stories of the day’s adventures. Take full advantage of your ‘city centre’ location by enjoying all the winding streets have to offer, or travel for just a mile outside of St Davids to reach the coast. Picnic at Caerfai beach, learn to surf at Whitesands or walk the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path to discover hidden coves. Please note:The cottage is ideal for a family of four adults and two children, but we accept bookings from groups of up to six. ACCOMMODATION: Ground Floor. Patio – A sunny enclosed patio by the back door with table and chairs for dining al fresco. and BBQ Garden – 20 yards away from the house is a private, enclosed grassed garden area with patio area, table and chairs. Parking: 2 spaces reserved for guests in car park just 2 minutes walk away from the property. You are free to offload by the cottage. Additional parking available in local car parks, payable locally. Other things to note Sorry no dogs. Maximum Occupancy of 6 guests to include all infants and babies. Minimum Age 21.
