Important — please read before booking: This is a ground floor apartment within a historic 17th-century townhouse. The building has a shared entrance reception area on the ground floor. To the right of the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor where the owner resides. The reception area is divided by curtains — guests have their own private apartment, but will be aware when someone enters the building or goes upstairs. Both bedrooms and all internal rooms have their own locks for full privacy and security. There is no lift — ground floor only. Other things to note 🔑 KEY ACCESS Self check-in property. Full arrival instructions, access codes, and entry details shared 2 days before arrival for security reasons. Please ensure your contact details on the platform are up to date. 🏠 SHARED ENTRANCE — PLEASE READ This apartment occupies the ground floor of a historic townhouse. The main entrance reception area is shared — a staircase on the right leads to the owner's private upper floor residence. The reception area is separated by curtains. All rooms within the apartment have individual locks. Guests who prefer a completely private entrance should consider whether this arrangement suits them before booking. 🍳 KITCHENETTE The kitchen is a well-equipped kitchenette — ideal for breakfast, light meals, and snacks. It is compact by design and best suited for guests who plan to eat out regularly. The Three Cities and nearby Birgu waterfront have an excellent range of restaurants within easy walking distance. 🏛️ HISTORIC BUILDING This is a genuine 17th-century limestone building. The character, high ceilings, and traditional architecture are part of what makes it special. Some natural stone dust from the walls and ceiling is inherent to this type of building — the apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each arrival. 🛏️ LINEN & TOWELS Bed linens provided for all guests. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Beach towels not included.
