Summer house by kid-friendly lake

Modern summer house for disconnecting and relaxing (no TV), in a quiet area with about 40 summer houses, by a shallow, sandy-bottom lake that warms up quickly in the summer. Note that this is a NON-SMOKING property! The space The house is 63m2 (approx 678ft2), with an entry, 2 bedrooms, main room with kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. There are outdoor decks on both the south- and north/lake-facing sides of the house. The house has high ceilings which makes it feel spacious despite its limited square footage. It's insulated for the colder seasons as well, and it's heated through an air source heat pump and/or the closed wood burning fireplace. Bedroom 1 sleeps two in a 180 cm wide bed, and bedroom 2 has a 150 cm wide bed and also sleeps two, although a bit more snugly. Other things to note It is 4k/2.5 miles down to the town square of Hjo (one of Sweden's 3 wooden towns, a little quaint summer town that was named one of 11 places to visit in 2017 by Norwegian paper "Aftenposten"), 5k/3.1 miles to the ICA grocery store, the beautiful city park and lively harbor, where you can eat locally caught fish, choose from a great variety of ice cream flavors, visit the outdoor pools (free entry), or go for a dip in Vättern, Sweden's second largest lake. You can walk around lake Mullsjön (approx 8k/5 miles), and there are marked running paths (1.5/2.5/5k or approx 1/1.5/3.1 miles) at the nearby Högaliden recreation area. Hökensås Golf Club is 10k/6.2 miles away. There are also a number of cultural, historical and nature sights to see and experiences to have in the region between lakes Vänern and Vättern.
