The space This house is the first house outside of Jackson city limits. Located very closely to all of the conveniences of town while still giving that secluded country feel. The back porch overlooks over 10 acres of hardwood and pines. Feel free to fire up the gas fireplace on the porch, or enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace inside the home. The next door neighbors are the property owners for this property. They do have chickens, and small farm animals. You are welcome to pet them (at your own risk of course- they’re still animals 🤪). Speaking of animals…there are no animals allowed in the property with the exception of official service animals. An additional $150-$500 cleaning fee will be applied if this rule or any other rules are violated. There is a homeowner storage room in this home that we ask that you please do not access.
