I would like to share with you our beach house. Private and exclusive. located in Pagudpud. It is a small 2BR cabin with lots of space for relaxing. It is nestled in a 2351sqm fully fenced private property walking distance to the beach. Spacious parking. Our home is a few minutes away from famous resorts and restaurants. Equipped with internet and smart tv with cable. 2 Kayaks for 4 is free for use with life jackets. Pet friendly and staff ready to assist your needs. Please also be advised that due to the close proximity of our home from the beach and outdoors, rust on appliances and bathroom fixtures may be visiblle. Signs of Age may also be present in some exterior areas of our home which we find very difficult to keep up at times due to our homes’ heavy exposure to sea salt. The presence of sand in the Casa might also be inevitable due to strong winds. And since We are surrounded by numerous trees and plants, it is difficult to control insects and ants in and around the house. Although we hope that these will not affect your stay with us as we try our utmost best to give you the finest experience during your stay! But if you think that these conditions make you or any part of your group uncomfortable, our home may not be the place for you. Guest access Guests can use the whole property. Other things to note Our home has 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Bedroom 1 can accommodate an additional extra bed or mattress for 2 persons. These rooms are air-conditioned. Bathrooms have water heaters. We also have a compact griller and complete plates, utencils, glasses, microwave, kettle and water dispenser. Living room couch can sleep 3 comfortably. No air-con here but guests normally enjoy the sea breeze when lying comfortably. We have provided electric fans for additional ventilation but it really gets hot during the summer days. Kindly be prepared. Outdoor chairs and tables are also available for alfresco dining experience. Our home was built during the pandemic, year 2021 . Still relatively new but due to the negative effects of salt water , it has contributed to our homes’ rustic atmosphere and there might be visible signs of wear and tear.
