Our magnificent Sunshine Coast home is only a 5 minutes walk from the secluded Yaroomba Beach on the Sunshine Coast. We are only seven kilometers, ten minutes drive north of the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) airport. We are in a quiet, secure gated development of Beachside. The home is away from the hustle and bustle of daily life yet close enough to local restaurants, shops or a quick drive up to Noosa. Edit The space Beautifully appointed room with en-suite, large glass sliding doors leading out to garden. Queen bed, free NBN WiFi, ceiling fan, and free parking. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, liquid shower soap, shampoo and conditioner are all supplied. A fully equipped kitchen is available to cook meals in. Guest access You will enjoy access to the communal tennis court, swimming pool, bbq area, beach access, and beautiful green space. Guests have access to kitchen, appliances and serving ware, pantry and fridge space, dining areas and laundry facilities, iron and ironing board. During your stay I am always out and about but when home I'm happy to chat if needed but also understand the need for privacy also. Other things to note This is our beautiful home, so no parties, drugs or other illegal activities. Mature, quiet guests only please. Be energy aware, please turn off fans, aircon & lights when out and be mindful of water use.
