Cozy Basement Apartment

Light-filled basement apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for 1-2 guests. Extremely cozy, clean, and comfortable. Our family lives upstairs, which can lead to a little noise. The apartment is below our home so we can only accommodate guests on the reservation. The neighborhood is quiet but the Dekum Triangle is about 3 blocks away and is bustling with places to eat and drink. The space Apartment with kitchen and bathroom, in the basement of a family home. The family is small but we do have a kid, cat, and dog. Guest access There’s a private entrance and a lockbox. If you text me the day of I will send the passcode to lockbox so you can enter at your convenience. No unauthorized guests. An extra guest charge is $250 for anyone past the two on your reservation. Other things to note We have a 7 year old. You might see him in the back yard kicking around a soccer ball. And therefore we kindly ask you use discretion with noise making. :) Thank you for understanding. We also have a very happy dog and a grumpy kitty on the premises.
