The space The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests, even in the company of their four-legged friends. LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND SOFA BED At the entrance, you will find a large, bright and well-furnished living room with a comfortable sofa bed and dining area. This space is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for enjoying a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a cooker, refrigerator, oven and all the utensils you will need. BEDROOM The bedroom is a romantic oasis of tranquillity, with a comfortable double bed and space to store your belongings. Its intimate atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. THE BATHROOM The modern bathroom is complete with a shower and, for your convenience, is equipped with a washing machine, so you can manage your laundry without having to leave. Guest access The house is located on the first floor of Via degli Acquedotti 6 - Assisi (ZTL zone) Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an access code for the safety deposit box where you will find the keys to the flat. It will be active for the duration of your stay. You will find the box to the right of the main door. Be sure to memorise the code and not to share it with others. Parking: Just a 200-metre walk from the flat, you will find the "Saba Porta Nuova Car Park", where buses also stop. It is a convenient and safe place, where you can also park your car for a fee. In addition, I recommend that you use the 'Parcheggio Mojano', where you can leave your car for a fee during your stay. It is located nearby and offers a convenient parking solution. Directions: From the entrance of the Saba Porta Nuova car park, continue on foot for about 200 metres towards Via degli Acquedotti and you will find our flat on your right. Other things to note Switching air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 23°C for all building types. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 21°C.
