Unique beach house in a sunny location with sauna

Enjoy this unique and peaceful accommodation with the sea at your feet. Take a boat to the surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna at sunset in your own wood-fired sauna at the end of the jetty or swim at the beach, these are nature experiences at their best. There is a store on the island so you can pack lightly, take the ferry out to the archipelago several times a day and just enjoy! Small motorboat is included in the booking. Also ping pong table and boules court! The house is accessible and warm all year round! Welcome! The space The house is divided into two rooms. A room with sleeping area, clothes storage and toilet (no shower) and room with kitchen with dining table and sofa. Patio with barbecue grill, as well as outdoor furniture and blankets for slightly cooler nights. The sauna also has a water tank that heats water that can be showered in after the end of the sauna. During the winter season, there is only running water in a water can in the house, when the wires freeze. Guests during this period have access to bathroom with toilet and shower in our separate guest apartment (50m). The toilet in the cabin works as usual. The jetty and sauna are shared on certain occasions per year with the large house. The sauna is booked for 2 hours per occasion. During this period, guests have access to a bathroom with toilet and shower in our separate guest apartment (50 m). Other things to note During the low season, we have lower prices and towels and sheets are not included. October 1 - March 31. This is because we have less opportunity to manage this ourselves and need to pay to get this help. It is possible to order sheets separately for a fee of SEK 350.
