This stylish place is perfect for larger groups of families/friends. Located 1 block to the Dan Ryan, 13 miles to downtown, 11 miles to Soldier Field/McCormick Place & steps to the 95th St train station! This 2000sqft 3BR home includes access to all 3 levels & has been newly remodeled & furnished. The kitchen is nicely equipped & includes new appliances! This cozy home is easy access for all the main attractions in Chicago! The space Recently updated home with all new appliances, furniture & decor. Great space to enjoy with family/friends on the main floor with open concept living room/dining room/kitchen or enjoy the game room while you listen to your music through the Bluetooth in-ceiling speakers & enjoy playing on the arcade game, foosball table, air hockey table, or board game table. There are also outdoor security cameras and an alarm system for added security. Guest access You have access to 2 private parking spaces in back of the home for 2 cars. The 1 car garage can fit a small sedan & there's a gated concrete pad next to the garage where an SUV/minivan can fit. There is also free street parking about a 1/2 a block north from the house. Private parking is accessible from the alley. You have access to the entire home , except for 1 locked closet. Other things to note NO LOCAL RESIDENTS NO SMOKING We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the indoor spaces smoke-free; kindly abstain from smoking indoors, be it tobacco, marijuana, vapes, or any other odorous substance. Feel free to smoke outdoors, but bear in mind that there is a $400 fee associated with addressing any traces of indoor smoke smells. To uphold this standard, we request that you treat the property with care and respect throughout your stay. NO PARTIES ALLOWED Unauthorized parties will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Additionally, a $1,000 fee will be imposed if law enforcement is called due to unauthorized parties at the property. Feel free to inquire before making your reservation. TV Enjoy the convenience of accessing apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, etc. on all TVs throughout your stay. Please be aware that we do not offer subscriptions to these apps or cable TV, but you can easily log in with your personal account credentials.
