Come and discover Auvergne in our comfortable gîte in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Park, in COURPIERE, 8 minutes from Thiers and 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Ambert. Ideal for a family, we are also PetFriendly: pets are welcome and everything is done to keep them safe: the garden is perfectly enclosed and a room in the house, in the night part, is also dedicated to them (comfort blankets, towels, pulsator, bowls, etc.) The space The cottage is a single-storey house in the middle of a 650 m² enclosed garden and consists of a large 42 m² living room with fully equipped open kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, basic groceries etc… In the center of the living room, a wood stove heats the entire house, with, if necessary, the presence of an electric radiator in each room (wood provided and included in the rental) In the sleeping area, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with a 140 x 200 double bed for one and two 90 x 200 single beds for the other (possibility of bringing the single beds together to make a large 180 x 200 bed), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. This cottage is ideal for a family, and if you have small children, you will also have a high chair, baby bed and bathtub at your disposal. We are also PetFriendly: pets are welcome and everything is done to keep them safe: the garden is perfectly enclosed (wire mesh with concrete base) and a room in the house, in the sleeping area, is also dedicated to them (comfort dodo, towels, pulsator, bowls, etc.) Outside, a large terrace has a dining area and a sitting area. At the back of the house, you can recharge your electric vehicle through a GreenUp socket (25 kWh in 8 hours, the electricity consumption of this socket is in addition to the rental). We have made a cottage that is as welcoming and cozy as possible, as we would like to find it if we were in the place of its occupants: living room with comfortable seats, dim lighting, wood stove, TV with Netflix, Fiber WIFI, board games, books, comfortable bedding... You can park the vehicle(s) in front of the cottage, the neighborhood is extremely quiet. Thiers, the world capital of cutlery, is 8 minutes away, Clermont-Ferrand 30 minutes away, Saint-Etienne 1 hour away, Lyon 1.5 hours away. Guest access You have access to the whole house.
