Welcome to the Pekin Cottage! We strive in offering an affordable accommodation for our traveling workers & vacationers, for a much lower discounted rate! We want our place to be your home away from home. The Suites is centrally located in Pekin, only a few blocks from Pekin Hospital, & less than 20 minutes from the Peoria Hospitals, Zoo, & Caterpillar. Walkable to the quaint Pekin Lagoon where you can find fishing, paddle boats, playgrounds, putt putt golf, skate park, trails, & water park. The space The Cottage has been completely remodeled including new furniture, kitchenware, appliances, & much more. Each bedroom offers a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, drip coffee pot, cooking sheets, pots & pans, dishes, toaster, air fryer, & blender. We also provide coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, cream & sugar! The Living room is set up with a brand new comfy couch and a smart tv with wifi access & any favorite app with appropriate membership. We do offer a washer & dryer for use during your stay. It is located in the basement which does require steep steps, so the use of the handrail is encouraged. The Cottage has a brand new Washer & Dryer. We provide laundry pods, bleach, and fabric sheets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main level of home besides 1 small linen closet that is for the cleaners items. The basement area is accessible for laundry purposes only, as it is an unfinished basement. Other things to note This cottage is one of two cottages on site. It is a single family home that comfortably sleeps 4 with the exception of a 5th on the couch.
