This is not a property made for rent. It is the place for my family to spend weekends and holidays, which we eventually rent out. It has all the comfort and care of a home of its own, in a privileged location 100 meters from Praia do Farol da Barra and several bars and restaurants in Barra. The space The building is new and has a leisure area on the rooftop (swimming pool and lounge on the roof), from where there is a wide sea view (from Todos os Santos Bay to Ondina beach). However, because it is a new building, there are some units that are still under renovation and this can cause some disturbance to the guest (both due to the noise and the increased traffic in the elevators). There is NO parking space for the apartment. Guest access Access to the building is through facial biometrics. Before arrival, the guest must send the full name and CPF of all guests, so that the concierge can be notified and, upon arrival, registration can be completed. Access to the apartment is through a password for the electronic lock, which will be generated and sent within 24 hours before the start of the stay, valid for the period of the stay. It is usually possible to make check-in and check-out times more flexible. If necessary, contact us before you request to book.
