Anne's House is a unique accommodation with an urban and futuristic decor, which will provide you with 1 studio and 3 apartments perfect for 4 families or a group of 8-16 people. In a vintage and intimate setting, the gazebo area awaits you to enjoy the barbecue and the hot tub The villa is located at a maximum of 2 km from the center of Brasov and just a few minutes from shops, shopping centers, pharmacy and nature trails. With a superb view of Tampa, you can fully enjoy any season. The space Anne Boutique House is a great place for those looking not only for accommodation, but a completely unique and welcoming place. The house consists of 3 apartments and a studio. The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment has a large pool table/table tennis, which completes the fun of any group of friends. The studio is on the 1st floor and has about 30 sqm, and the other two apartments are on the 2nd floor and have an area of about 50 sqm per studio. They are on 2 levels, A-Shape style, the sleeping place being a mezzanine to which you climb through the inside of the room. Each apartment has a bed, sofa/extendable corner, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, its own. Guest access Guests have access to the hot tub, barbecue patio and relaxation areas. Except for the hot tub, everything is included in the price. The hot tub has an extra price of 200 lei per use. (the hot tub has an extra price of 40 euro per use) The hot tub is filled directly with hot tap water and the water is changed for each group of tourists. Access to each apartment is via an external staircase. The 2-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of the house, a studio is on the 1st floor and the 2 mezzanine apartments are on the 2nd floor. The location has outdoor smoking areas (terraces) Other things to note 1. The hot tub is filled/emptied with hot water directly from the tap by the customer. Before you want to get into the hot tub, you will have to turn on the tap for about 1.5 hours to fill it. The water is kept at a comfortable body temperature, about 3/5 hours. The next day, the water is drained, disinfected and the hot tub is filled again if desired. The price for using the hot tub is 200 lei/day. 2. We accept pets with prior notice.
