This home features 3 bedrooms: -The master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, ample closet space, an en-suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi, a shower, and a workstation. -Guest bedroom #2 offers a king-size bed, a workstation, and closet space. -Guest bedroom #3 has 2 twin-size beds, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. -All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, while the bright dining area features a table with seating for 6. A large flex space boasts 2 daybeds, a TV, and a conference table with chairs, all offering a panoramic view of the pool and landscape, perfect for teamwork, relaxation, and fun. The kitchen is roomy with plenty of cabinet space and new stainless steel appliances. The laundry room/garage is equipped with a new washer and dryer, along with a separate laundry sink. The amazing outdoor space includes a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, covered dining area (gazebo), BBQ station with a gas grill, ping pong table, both screened-in and open-air patio areas, and a generous portico. (Propane delivery available for $40 upon request) For families with small children, a highchair and pack-and-play are available at the house. Please Note: Pool service is provided twice a week, with service days varying. The pool maintenance person will access the property unannounced through the backyard. Landscaping services occur every 15 days and may take place during your stay. Please expect the landscapers to access the property unannounced. Gated parking is available for up to 3 cars. The owner's car will be parked in the carport.
