The central location of this accommodation makes it easy to access all points of interest: the Vallelunga racetrack just 5 minutes away, Lake Bracciano and the center of Rome both reachable by car or public transport. In fact, the Cesano train station that connects Rome to Viterbo is 15 minutes away. Adjacent to the Vejo and Treja park, crossed by the Via Francigena, the house is equipped with a garage with internal access to the apartment and a condominium parking space. The space The apartment is a portion of a row of houses, with a separate entrance, parking space inside the condominium and, upon request, it also has a garage from which you can directly access the house from inside. Civico 4 offers you privacy and comfort: the same unit offers an apartment with three bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor while the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is part of an attic floor on the second floor. The second floor is accessed via the main staircase and not from inside the apartment, this guarantees those (families, groups of friends...) who want to share an apartment while maintaining privacy. Guest access Civico 4 has fast Wi-Fi (fiber), a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine.
