The open kitchen and adjoining living room are the heart and center of the house. The dining area invites you to gather for meals, and the living room has cozy furnishings, along with a newly installed wood stove that will create a warm ambiance on a chilly evening. The house is situated on a beautiful natural plot, providing ample opportunity to relax on one of the terraces. On the terraces, you can always find shade, sun, and shelter. The covered terrace will protect you from the rain, allowing you to sit outside on a warm summer day. The three bedrooms in the house are spacious and have ample closet space. All the beds measure 140x200 cm. The annex is not available for rent. PETS: 1 Pet are allowed in this property (for an additional fee). GOOD TO KNOW: Non-smoking property. No rentals to youth groups. The summer shop, grill bar, and large playground are only a few hundred meters from the house. The small town of Strandby is very close by. Here you can enjoy the delightful harbor environment, have a good lunch, and perhaps witness a fish auction early in the morning at 7 AM, where everyone is welcome. If you prefer a bit more city life, Frederikshavn is not far from here. Here you will find Denmark’s only Palm Beach, which is great for small children with its shallow water – and right here is also the famous ice cream shop. So, if there are children in the family, a trip here will be a hit. If it’s a rainy day, we recommend visiting the large playland “Funhouse,” located in northern Frederikshavn. In Vendsyssel, there are generally many experiences, and the holiday home is a good starting point if you want to explore the West Coast towns. Aalborg, Sæby, Skagen, and Råbjerg Mile are also options – or maybe even Fårup Sommerland, where the water park has just been expanded, and there is usually a new ride each year, making it an even bigger, wilder, and wetter experience.
