The space Gorgeous and very well-maintained family house in the Vesterby district with only a short distance to the beach at Kongevillaen. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood-burning stove, beautiful, enclosed garden, plenty of garden furniture, boat shed and fire pit. 2 pets are welcome.  Fantastic location in quiet surroundings, hidden behind a large wooden structure, very close to the vibrant harbour, the sea, the beach, the Sanded Church and Skagen Dune Plantation. Exuberant holiday home both in colour choice and its many exiting art objects in the large garden. Outside, you will find a large terrace with plenty of garden furniture, flower pots, a lawn, trees, a fire pit and a boat shed, where the beautiful summer evenings can be enjoyed after the dew has formed. The boat shed is built from an inverted boat and decorated with light chains and a heat lamp. With its 100 m2 spread over two floors, the holiday home is perfect for a family holiday. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so no one has to queue for the bath. On the 1st floor, you will find a large living room with sofa group and TV and from here an exit to a small balcony. Nice view over the sea and Klitgården Refugium (colloquially the Royal Villa (Kongevillaen). King Christian X's and Queen Alexandra's former summer residence). In the bookcase in the living room you will find a small "library". You are welcome to borrow the books, but please make sure to put them back in their place before departing. On the first floor you will also find three bedrooms and a bathroom. Located on the ground floor, you have a nice kitchen-dining room with a small kitchen niche that holds all modern facilities. Nice dining area and cozy TV corner with sofas and TV and a beautiful wood-burning stove to ensure a cozy atmosphere at all times. The two other bedrooms and another bathroom are also to be found on the ground floor. In the entrance, behind the curtain, you will find a washing machine. The house was built in 1966 and most recently renovated in 2022 so everything is up to date and you can nothing but enjoy your get-away in beautiful surroundings close to everything. A short walk from the holiday home you will find several of Skagen's exciting sights, including The coastal museum and the Sanded Church (Den Tilsandede Kirke), where you can learn more about past sand drifts and the consequences it has had for the area. You can visit Holger Drachmann's House and see where the great painter and poet lived and worked. Krøyer's House in Byfogedskoven is also close to the holiday home. Krøyer's House is not open to the public, except for a few special events each summer. Today the Norwegian Forest and Nature Agency has its administration in the building. For those of you looking for an active holiday, there are plenty of options for walking and cycling in the Skagen dune plantation. You can reach the Skagen MTB track, not far from the holiday home, and if you play tennis, you can rent tennis courts from the Skagen Tennis Club on Drachmannsvej. For golfers, a visit to the golf course Hvide Klit 20 km south of Skagen is a visit worth. PETS: 2 pets allowed. For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking. GOOD TO KNOW: No rental for youth groups (young people under 25). Parking directly at the holiday home. Power consumption is settled according to spending. Final cleaning can be purchased additionally. Consumption of the owner's firewood is paid for before departure. The firewood basket is filled up before departure. 3 bedrooms: On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 3/4-bed (140 x 200 cm). Firepit in the garden. Open boat shed (built from an inverted boat). Use of heat lamp possible. An extra fridge and microwave can be found in the garden shed.
