The space The house is equipped for 10 people with 5 bedrooms, two with double beds and 4 bathrooms with their corresponding showers. Its 180º lake view is really impressive. All the fixtures are of quality and in good condition, as new. Its heating is excellent and has a water pressurization system that allows 4 people to bathe at the same time without inconvenience, ideal for when one returns from skiing or excursions. Linens are changed according to use and stay. A set of sheets, a towel, and an individual towel are provided upon check-in. The house is designed to accommodate 2 families together and share common spaces such as the living room, dining room, indoor grill and fireplace It has a shopping center 1000 meters away, 5 km from downtown Bariloche; 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes from the Cathedral. It is on an asphalt road, very well connected and very safe It is a very cozy house, in excellent condition and we frequently rent it to foreigners. We have a covered garage for 2 cars and an alarm.
