Ideal for friends or family. The space The house is 180sqm (1930sqf) and consists of two levels which are connected by an internal staircase. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with a large dining area and a bathroom on the first level where the main entrance of the house is located, while on the lower level (the plot is sloping) are the three bedrooms and the other 2 bathrooms. A folding bed may be arranged upon advance request to accommodate a seventh guest. Both levels have large terraces which offer unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and ideal for preparing any of your meals as the house is also used for permanent residence. The dining room and the living rooms are quite comfortable, designed and decorated according to the Cycladic architecture with modern elements. Outdoors there is a comfortable dining area as well as built-in sofas. The three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house with the other two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a separate laundry area. The house has large closets, while some are closed for personal use. Of course, there is enough space so you can arrange your personal belongings throughout your stay.
