Ideal for friends or family. The space The house is 180sqm (1930sqf) and consists of two levels which are connected by an internal staircase. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with a large dining area and a bathroom on the first level where the main entrance of the house is located, while on the lower level (the plot is sloping) are the three bedrooms and the other 2 bathrooms. A folding bed may be arranged upon advance request to accommodate a seventh guest. Both levels have large terraces which offer unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and ideal for preparing any of your meals as the house is also used for permanent residence. The dining room and the living rooms are quite comfortable, designed and decorated according to the Cycladic architecture with modern elements. Outdoors there is a comfortable dining area as well as built-in sofas. The three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house with the other two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a separate laundry area. The house has large closets, while some are closed for personal use. Of course, there is enough space so you can arrange your personal belongings throughout your stay. The exquisite redesign of the interior, characterised by a refined aesthetic, was meticulously created by a skilled French interior architect. Guest access Useful Information Before Your Arrival To help you enjoy your stay in Kardiani, we would like to share some useful information regarding access to the property and the facilities available in the village. Parking: For this property, the designated parking area is the village public parking area, located approximately 150 metres from the property. Access to the property: The walk from the parking area to the property is approximately 150 metres and includes some steps along the way. We therefore recommend keeping this in mind, as carrying luggage from the parking area to the property may require a little extra time and effort. Supplies: Kardiani is a beautiful, small and traditional village, and there is no mini market in the village. We therefore recommend that, before your check-in appointment, you purchase any essentials you may need during your stay — such as food, drinks, snacks and other daily necessities — from Chora/Tinos Town or the port, or from Pyrgos.
