Relax with the family at this bright and cheerful apartment and make our home your home. This is a comfy, modern apartment with large windows on both sides, providing plenty of light in all rooms, while keeping the apartment cosy and warm. It’s in a beautiful part of town, with the greens of Clapham Common and the vibrant bars, restaurants and shops of Balham just down the road. You’ll be well connected to Central London while enjoying a peaceful, family-friendly London neighbourhood. The space This is our home, which we let out while we are travelling. You will have access to 2 bedrooms and a large family bathroom. There is a third (unoccupied) bedroom in the property, which is not available as part of the listing. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a comfortable Otty mattress and a small dedicated work desk. The second room is a kids room, with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed, with plenty of toys, games and books suitable for 0-8 year olds. The house is well provisioned for families travelling with babies, with a changing table, diaper disposal and high chair all available. There is a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space with a comfortable sofa and a large screen TV with access to Netflix, Disney and Prime. The sofa in the living room can also be converted to a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room also has a large, extendable work desk with an external monitor to plug into for work or meetings. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. There is a large family bathroom, with a bathtub and shower. There is an entryway with a dedicated space for shoes, coats and outerwear. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor and there are approximately 10 stairs to access the property from street level. There are no stairs once you are inside the apartment. The apartment has a 3rd bedroom, which is not offered as part of the listing and will be closed to access. You will have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. Other things to note Please note that this is our home and not a commercial Airbnb property. As such, we welcome other families, couples or small groups of friends who are happy to treat our home like theirs and are looking for a friendly, relaxed and comfortable stay rather than a luxury listing. Our belongings remain in the property but are tidied away out of your way for the duration of your stay.
