The space The Studio Apartment is located in a quiet condominium complex and from the terrace, on sunny days, you can see glimpses of the peaks of the areas on the western side of the valley. Its location in the city center allows guests to reach all services on foot in just a few minutes Care for cleanliness is a characteristic that the Studio Apartment undertakes to offer and maintain over time. SPACE (read before booking) What strikes guests the most is undoubtedly the location and accessibility and its proximity to all services. Since it faces the center, it is not reached by the vehicular noise of the road on the opposite side. It is an accommodation of approximately 35 metres, part of a larger apartment, with which it shares only the entrance door and the entrance hall. ENTRANCE Furnished at the end of December 2023, the internal space is divided into a first entrance area from the condominium entrance hall, from which you then access the two exclusive spaces into which the property is divided. ENTRANCE-DINING-KITCHEN The dining and kitchen area is separated from the rest of the space by a wall at eye level: the rectangular table, against the wall and comfortable for up to 4 people, is illuminated by a LED chandelier which allows three different lighting settings. The small kitchen, with a modern design and the contrast between the oak and the black of the sink, the worktop and the two-burner induction hob (the two pans supplied are full induction), is illuminated by LEDs, has no handles, replaced by push-pull systems. . The refrigerator is inside a compartment. The microwave oven is a combined one. The equipment is completed by an electric kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery and glasses. (The apartment is not equipped with a washer-dryer or ironing equipment). BED AREA It is composed of a standard-size double bed complete with a two-layer duvet, two large wardrobes equipped with hangers, and a chest of drawers. The mattresses are of a mid-firm consistency (therefore also suitable for people weighing over 90 kg), while the pillows are in mid-soft memory foam. The 43" smart TV is adjustable to allow for best enjoyment from any position in the room (NOTE: pay TV services are not included). LIVING AREA Beyond the bed area there is an Alcantara sofa bed, next to the large window onto the terrace, with a queen-size mattress, with cushions placed inside, also in the mid-firm consistency, from which it is possible to look at the smart 43" OLED TV; a piece of furniture with open shelves to place your suitcase completes the space. TERRACE The French window leads to the wooden terrace facing Largo Poste. Pue being in the center, on sunny days, it is possible to see large glimpses of the peaks of the areas west of Cortina BATH Consisting of an anteroom, where there is a comfortable etched glass shower cubicle and towel warmer, and a toilet area with suspended sanitary ware, cabinet and mirror with LED light points, shelves and towel warmer.
