Be dazzled by the chandeliers that adorn every room. You will love the spacious and cozy ski lodge style living areas, where you can relax on the sofa, or play pool. Our four bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable, each room featuring smart TV's , airconditioning and an ensuite. You will feel pampered and refreshed in our beautiful retreat, where you can enjoy the views from the full-length balcony. NB: there are two houses on the property. Tenants live in the second house The space BEDROOMS: All four bedrooms are Huge. Each has an ensuite, Aircon and a Smart TV Bedroom 1 - King Bed, K-Single bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, K-Single bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed x 2, K-Single x 2(bunk bed) Bedroom 4 - Queen bed. LIVING AREAS: The entire top floor is a massive open plan Chalet / Ski lodge style living space. Includes Pool Table, Smart TV, Couches and lounges, Dining table to fit 12. KITCHEN: again huge. Island bench with stools. 900mm wide, 5 gas burner cooktop and electric oven. Coffee machine, double door fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher. BALCONY: 18m long with elevated views over parkland and city. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire house. Other things to note The standard(base) booking rate includes 4 guests, additional guests are at an extra fee. So please select the correct number of guests and pets at the time of booking. Should you need to increase your guests after you have booked it can be done via the app or reach out to me for assistance. There have been instances of additional guests staying at it can be uncomfortable for everyone to have to request additional guest fees during or after your stay (external security camera in use). This is a residential area with neighbours very close, so out of respect for our neighbours and our home parties are NOT allowed
