Other things to note To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, we have a few important requirements and provisions: BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: All guests are required to provide the following prior to check-in: • A refundable security deposit of £250. This is processed separately and returned in full after a satisfactory inspection of the property upon your departure. • Verification of a government-issued ID. • A signed rental agreement, which will be sent to you after booking.
