Culture and Colour The space Ideally located near the most picturesque markets of the city, such as the "marché de Saxe" or the "marché de Grenelle" under the elevated subway, this one-bedroom apartment offers serene, contemporary living, only steps from some of the city’s most enchanting landmarks. LIVING & DINING AREA A carefully curated collection of wall prints lends a vibrant, artistic feel to the cosy open-plan living and dining area complimented by comfortable lounge chairs, a TV and a bench dining table. A double sofa bed provides additional accommodation. KITCHEN The minimalist kitchen, equipped with all key amenities for your stay, introduces warm notes of colour with orange blinds and chartreuse coloured walls. BEDROOM Divided from the wider living area by a vast home library, the bedroom is adorned with striking artwork and hosts a large double bed, vintage chest of drawers and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. An extra double sofa bed can also be found in the living area. BATHROOM The en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin, washing machine and dryer exhudes a sense of calm with magnolia hues and stylish lighting. A separate WC can also be found in the entrance hall. WE LOVE The convenient location for sightseers eager to cover the major tourist landmarks without need for public transport from this delightful apartment. The WC is separate from the bathroom. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
