The guest house in the basement is spacious, family friendly, and thoughtfully furnished and decorated! Whether traveling alone or with kids, I hope you’ll make “sweet” memories during your stay! The space This property is completely remodeled as of Dec. 2023. You will have all of the privacy you need as the basement has its own separate drive and entrance opposite that of the homeowner. . You will have assistance if needed during your stay if a problem should arise. . As you come into the basement guest house, you enter into the spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to cook all of your meals in during your stay. You will find a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, full size fridge, and cabinets that are all stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal! We’ve even included a pellet ice maker (Sonic style ice)!!!! There is a small breakfast table in the kitchen, but a larger dining table in the dining area! . The master suite hosts a king size bed with tempur pedic mattress, a chest of drawers, closet, and full size mirror. The spacious master bath has a large tub/shower combo, large vanity, and the washer and dryer/laundry area! . The living area has a reclining sofa and recliner, and Roku TV with complimentary Netflix! The bookshelf is stocked with books and games to enjoy during your stay. Off of the dining area and living room, you will find a playroom stocked with toys, books, puzzles, and games! . Bedroom number 2 has a queen size bed and wardrobe! . Bedroom number 3 has two sets of twin bunks (4 twins total) and an armoire/dresser. . Bathroom number 2 is a full bath with stand up shower. Guest access Feel free to take a walk over to the bakery for a baked treat, dry pantry goods, candies, home remedies, and MORE! Other things to note We are located within reasonable driving distance to many attractions. Clarks Hill Lake is 30-45mins away. Lake Russell is 17mins away. Lake Secession is 25-28mins away. Lake Greenwood is about 45-50mins away. The Diamond Hill Mine is 23 mins away. Parsons Mountain is 8mins away. Erskine College is 20mins away. Lander University is 22mins away. There are many shops and restaurants in town in Abbeville as well as plenty of other shopping and dining options about 20mins away in Greenwood!
