Stylishly and comfortably furnished with linen and or cotton furnishings, linen curtains and block out blinds for privacy. Vintage books about Penola/Coonawarra region and wine and other books. Winery and other tourist information for those with limited time - plan your winery visits as soon as you arrive if you're short on time. Lamps if you prefer subdued lighting. Spacious kitchen with island bench, bar fridge with small freezer, induction cooktop, oven, airfryer, blender, toaster, kettle and sandwich toaster. Fresh milk, tea, coffee supplied for your stay. Onkaparinga (SA) towels, facewashers and handtowels, and individual white bamboo personal hand towels in bathroom available. Scenic front yard facing a tree lined street with daybed to read and take in the view. Sun streams onto the front patio in the afternoon and is a quiet place to share a drink and nibbles. New hot water system with hot showers. Heated towel rail. No access permitted to sides and rear garden of property. We aim for sustainability where we can and recycle, use biodegradable trash bags, buy Sukin, Thank You or My Soda products in bulk to refill our bottles and use detergent sheets for washing our cotton and/or linen bedlinen. Plants in the house a healthy addition to the space. Guest access You have access to the front property with a master bedroom, a full size shower, full size kitchen, living room and a small front porch. Car parking is available on the street outside the property in the shade. Please do not park in driveway. Other things to note 1. This accommodation is self- catering. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk etc supplied but not replenished during your stay. 2. The second bedroom in the property is closed off for storage and to prevent extra, unpaid guests. Daybeds in the living room are not set up for second guest to sleep on overnight unless specifically requested at time of booking. 3. We live on and off in the rear unit attached to the property. Our small dog is usually always quiet and doesn’t bark much so you will likely not hear us during your stay. The rear unit is separated from the main property by limestone block walls.
