We look forward to hosting you at our place. The space This is a spacious 1 BHK on the 6th floor situated at HiLL rd next to LUCKY restaurant. It’s a busy area and has good connectivity. Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) is 10-15 minute away. There are Hospitals, restaurants, cafes around. This house is 1.5 km from Carter Road/Bandstand. Bandra Bus Station and Railway Station are just 500 metres away. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is 9 km away. Guest access Entire place Other things to note Please make sure you make note of the following: 1) If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hours to 24 hours, an instant resolution is not possible however we will try our best to get this resolved at the earliest. 2) For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens once a week or on special demand. Fresh towels are provided in every three days or on special demand. 3) No parties allowed. Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot. 4) Quiet time after 10 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise after 10 pm. 5) Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals. 6) We do not have reserve car parking however street parking is easily available nearby the apartment. 7) All information to reach the house, directions, caretaker’s contact details and house guide will be share one day prior to your arrival. 8) As per government norms we require guests to submit an ID proof photo after booking confirmation.
