Welcome to our spacious 2nd floor apartment filled with many special touches for our guests! It has recently been remodeled and updated. We are located in the Center Park Historic District of Reading. We are a short distance from many Restaurants, Convenient Stores, FirstEnergy Stadium (Home of the Reading Fightin Phils), Santander Performing Arts Center, Santander Arena, GoggleWorks Center the Arts, IMAX Theater, Reading Hospital, West Reading, and more. The space This is a spacious, inviting apartment for those looking for a long-term place to rent, but we also welcome short-term renters. We do our best to accommodate our guests. It comes with the ability for you to log into your favorite internet services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, YouTube. There is a laundry on the first floor at the back of the house shared by all three apartments in our home. It's available for our 2nd Floor Airbnb guests to use on Tuesdays and Fridays. Guest access Our guests will have the entire second floor with their own private entrance. They also have access to a shared laundry at the back of the house on first floor. Other things to note We ask that our guests do not spoke, vape, or use marijuana inside the building. We want to keep our apartment clean and inviting for all our guests.
