It is an apartment on the second floor with an elevator, with central heating and air conditioning. It is a small farm with few neighbors, a few meters from the Bassa Rodona beach and close to shops, restaurants and services. Arrival information: * The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1,75 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay) * Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm * For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small fee of €30 * For check-ins after midnight, there is a fee of €50 * A securty deposit of 300€ will be required upon arrival and must be paid by credit card.
