Come celebrate Christmas time year round in Cooperstown! This adorable home reminds us that it doesn’t matter what time of the year it is, Christmas is always a time to be celebrated. Why Christmas? Christmas bring feelings of joy, coziness, time with family, giving, love and warmth. These are the feelings we wanted to create in our home, so a Christmas theme home made too much sense! Come and see for yourself and visit this newly remodeled home that was created with love and joy in mind! The space Christmas House is a single family home that is located on the back roads of Richfield Springs. It is close to the boards of both Springfield Center and also Cooperstown making it an ideal location for all popular tourist destinations. When you walk in the front door you will see the year round Christmas tree giving you a spark of joy before even entering the home. Downstairs is the large living room with a large screen SmartTV with streaming services. This opens up into the kitchen and then the dining area. There is a downstairs full bathroom off the dining area. Through the doorway next to the dining table is the laundry area to the right and the downstairs king bedroom to the left. Upstairs you find the remaining three bedrooms, one additional king mattress and two queens. There are toys and books for the kids and a glider chair and changing table in the upstairs king bedroom for any little ones. We truly aim to make this a family friendly home for families to visit! Guest access Guests will have the entire home as well as the yard to themselves. We ask not to go in the basement for safety reasons. Other things to note There are a few things to note on this home before booking. It is on a back country road but there is a stop sign in front of the house so you do often hear cars slowing down and stopping. The yard is not fenced so any pets brought should be on a leash. Around the corner is Allen Lake however it is gated and you need a special permit to access so do not plan on using it during your stay. The garage is attached however not currently set up for guests so at this time we ask that it is not used. Not pictured currently in the home which will be there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill. The home is hosted and owned by locals, not an out of state investor, so you can expect that small town hospitality and hosts who are here for you if you need anything during your stay!
