The space The apartment has a total of 85 square meters, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and a common room. This entire apartment has underfloor heating. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as: oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. The large bedroom, on the lower floor, has a 180 cm box-spring bed with very comfortable mattresses and a TV opposite the bed. There is also a 90 x 200 cm box-spring bed in this room. In the center is a partition for privacy. The other bedroom on the upper floor has a 160 cm box-spring bed with also very comfortable mattresses. This room has a very nice glass partition that can be darkened with a curtain. The bathroom is very spacious and has a luxury shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The common room invites you to linger together. There is a large table for five people with comfortable chairs. There is also a large smart TV hanging on the wall.
