Welcome to Palm View at Siesta Dunes! Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and enjoy the palm view (our condo's namesake!) of this beautiful garden view unit. Our unit is not beachfront, but our complex is gulf side with 500ft of beachfront just a 90 second walk from the condo's front door. In the evening, head to the spacious sundeck or grab a chair and watch one of SK's popular sunsets at the ocean's edge.
Our 2 bed/2bath condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the west end of building 1 and can be quickly accessed via the stairs or the elevator. The pool and beach are both only a short walk away. It features a king bed in the master, with 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The well-stocked kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and newer appliances. We constantly strive to improve... we fix the thing that is broken, replace the things that are missing, and refresh the things that are dated... In 2021 and 2022 we replaced all furniture in the king suite, lanai, living room, and dining room. We replaced kitchen items, updated all the dΓ©cor, and finished with a fresh pop of paint! Summer 2023 planned remodel will refresh flooring throughout, and remodel both bathrooms!

We do our best to keep a few chairs and umbrellas as well as sand toys for your use. Come enjoy our comfortable condo as well as all the welcoming amenities Siesta Dunes has to offer.
