The space Outdoors, the house will spoil you with a lovely, large garden with lawn, beautiful, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as an exciting garden bar decorated in a boat-shaped garden shed. The beautiful 138 m2 is spread over two levels. The 1st floor has three bedrooms - all with double beds and good closet space. On the ground floor you will find the large kitchen-dining room with beautiful dining area and plenty of space around the dining table. Large, white kitchen with all modern facilities as well as a lovely living room with huge corner sofa and wall-mounted flat screen TV, where the whole family can gather for board games or a good movie. In the living room you will also find a wonderful wood stove, which is ready warm you on cool evenings.  The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor where you will also find the bathroom. The utility room functions as the washing center with both washing machine and dryer. The only thing the holiday home lacks are guests who can occupy the rooms, pull out the board games and enjoy a delicious meal. Do you feel like challenging the family in a game of bowling, Skawbowling is only a short walk from the holiday home. Outside the bowling alley is a larger playground that can entertain the youngest in the family. For further activation of the children, a visit to the large adventure course at Kulturhus Kappelborg is recommended. Here you will find i.a. large skating rink. Remember to bring your own scooter or skateboard. Rental for youth groups (persons under 25 years) not allowed. PETS: 1 Dog is welcome. For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking. GOOD TO KNOW: No rentals for youth groups. PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA: When you spend your holiday in Skagen, a visit to Grenen, Denmark's outermost point, where the two seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet, is a must. Park the car in the parking lot and take Sandormen (tractor with wagon) to the far end of Odden. The trip can also be done by foot. On the way out to Grenen you will pass several of Skagen's many lighthouses. Vippefyret, Det Hvide Fyr og Det Grå Fyr, Center for Migratory Birds. From the top of Det Grå Fyr you will have a fantastic view of the area on Grenen, over Skagen Harbor and the city's rooftops. Today, the Center for Migratory Birds is housed in the former lighthouse keeper's residence. Here you can learn more about the many birds that pass Grenen every year. You can learn a lot from talking with one of the many ornithologists, and at times also help ring birds. Det Hvide Fyr (the White Lighthouse) serves today as an exhibition space where exciting exhibitions of modern art can be viewed. At Vippefyret and Skagens Sønderstrand, beautiful summer days can be enjoyed. Take a cooling dip in the fresh sea water and continue the day sunbathing in the beautiful, white beach sand.
