Small cozy cottage near Zell am See!

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove. The space Small wooden hut with approx. 60 m2. Central living room with fireplace and pellet stove. There is a dining area and an open sleeping area above the living room. A double bedroom is lockable. The pellet stove must be filled with pellets once a day. We provide these to our guests free of charge. The operation of the pellet stove is very simple. It heats the whole hut. In the bathroom and in the bedroom we also have an electric wall heater. The entire house (except basement and attic, both empty rooms) is at the guest's disposal. Small and cozy, with simple amenities. Really cozy! The path is well cleared and scattered in winter. However, we always recommend a car with good winter tires or all-wheel drive. Wi-Fi with over 200 MB!! Other things to note Sleeping options: A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Another sleeping option is on a gallery above the living room. A sturdy ladder leads up here. If necessary, one more person can sleep on the couch in the living room. However, we recommend booking for 4 people. Only one bathroom is available.
