The space In the heart of downtown Bar sur Aube where you will have access to all shops and amenities (restaurants, bakery, press, cinema, supermarket...), come and stay in this Champagne-style townhouse with enclosed and private courtyard, ideal for your sightseeing getaways, stopovers or business stays. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and your pets are welcome. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Canoe rental on the river 200 m away, hiking trails and paragliding 1.5 km away, Nigloland 12 km away, cellar tours and Champagne tasting, swimming and water sports in Port Dienville, Colombey-les-2-Églises and Clairvaux Abbey. On the ground floor, you will find a living room composed of a living room with sofa bed (with an extra charge of €10/night/person), TV, decorative electric fireplace, dining area, equipped kitchen and office/teleworking area. Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with baby area (possibility of extra bed for an older child), a bathroom (bathtub + sink + cosmetics), a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private and fully enclosed courtyard with garden furniture with umbrella, barbecue, relaxation lounge, and deckchairs. Bicycles and scooters will be available. To enhance and facilitate your stay, everything will be included in the price of the stay (bed made, towels, linens, heating, electricity and cleaning) except the pet supplement (€5/day/pet). Street parking with disc that will be given to you by the owners or free parking without disc 50 meters from the property.
